Charles J. Berry III, age 60 of Xenia, OH passed away peacefully on Wednesday, February 10, 2021 at Bellbrook Rehabilitation Health Center. He was born on October 2, 1960 in Dayton, Ohio to Charles Jr. and Annette (McIntosh) Berry.
Chuck is survived by his two sisters, Crystal (Tim) Kushmaul and Barbara Berry; nieces, Becky, Kimberly and Leah (Drew); nephews, A.J. (Kate) and Joshua; great nieces and nephew, Angelina, Scarlett and Templeton; and other family and friends. He is preceded in death by his parents; and a great nephew, Jackson Paul.
Chuck grew up in Jamestown and graduated from Greeneview High School in 1979. He worked in Tool and Die Industry in the Dayton area his whole life. Chuck was an avid outdoorsman and loved deer hunting, fishing and camping. He was a member of Moose Lodge #1629 in Xenia. Chuck loved his family dearly and will be greatly missed by all.

A visitation will be held on Friday, February 19, 2021 from 1:00 to 2:00 pm at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions - Beavercreek Chapel, 3380 Dayton-Xenia Rd., Beavercreek, Ohio 45432. Funeral Services will follow the visitation at 2:00 pm at the funeral home. Burial will take place on Sunday, February 20, 2021 at 1:00 pm at Kash-Brandenburg Cemetery, Booneville, KY.
