Theodore D. Bowman, "Teddy T," age 62 of Dayton, passed away Tuesday, January 12, 2021 at Miami Valley Hospital. He was born February 5, 1958 in Dayton, Ohio, the son of the late Theodore Bowman Sr. and Juanita Bowman.
Along with his parents, he is preceded in death by his brother, Eric Bowman; sister, Michelle Bowman; nephew, Eric Bowman Jr; and step-son, Robert Brundage.
Teddy is survived by his wife, Charmaine; son, Theodore D. Bowman, III; step-daughter, Ericka Buckner; 7 grandchildren; siblings, Sheila (Romey) White and Anthony Bowman; special Chicago aunts and uncles, Ernestine Grandberry Williams, Charles (Barbara) Grandberry, Sam (Cynthia) Grandberry, Rev. Earl (Gloria) Grandberry, Loraine Grandberry, and Nellie Grandberry
Teddy was a Master Carpenter for over 30 years. He assisted with many building projects around the City of Dayton.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, January 23, 2021 from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm at Newcomer North Chapel (4104 Needmore Rd., Dayton, Ohio 45424). Funeral service will begin at 1:00 pm. The State of Ohio is under a mandatory mask order and has required that face masks will be worn in all public places.
