Jerold White Sly

Jerold White Sly, age 77 of Fairborn, Ohio went to be with the Lord on November 11, 2020. He was born on September 21, 1943 in New London, Ohio son of the late Willard and Elsie Sly.

Jerold was a loving husband, father, grandfather, great grandfather, and friend. Jerold was a devoted Christian, who took Christianity until he passed. Jerold proudly served his country in the United States Air Force. He had a great sense of humor and he enjoyed making others laugh. He loved meeting new people and never new a stranger. Jerold was always willing to help someone in need. He will be greatly missed by all who knew him.

In addition to his parents, Jerold was preceded in death by his older sister, Carol Sly.

Jerold is survived by his wife of 53 years, Linda Sly; children, Marie (David) Sinow, Troy Sly (Scott Grams), Kayce Hummel, and Daniel Sly; grandchildren, Mallory (Cody) Noecker, Sean and Shanna Sinow, Nathan Jackson-Sly; great grandchildren, Bryson, Angela, Logan, and Levi; as well as numerous other family members and friends.
