Jamie D. Wheeler, age 47 of Kettering passed away on Saturday, October 31, 2020.
Jamie was born on December 15, 1972 in Dayton, OH to Denzil C. Wheeler & the late Marilyn K. Howard (Hoover).
In addition to his mother, Jamie was preceded in death by his grandparents, Gene & Jane Hoover and Bonnie Wheeler.
Jamie is survived by his longtime girlfriend, Jaime M. McElhaney; sons, Bryan Wheeler, Jordan McElhaney and Gavin Wheeler; father, Denzil C. (Jeanine) Wheeler; brothers, Chris (Desarae) Mullins and their children, Kayden and Mason and Josh (Taylor) Wheeler and their son, Wendell; numerous, aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
Jamie had a love for football and especially The Buckeyes, he will forever be remembered for his love for animals, his big heart and great sense of humor. He always had a joke to tell and loved to make people laugh!
The family will receive friends on Saturday, November 14, 2020 from 10 am - 1 pm at Newcomer Kettering Chapel, 3940 Kettering Blvd, Kettering, OH 45439.
