Sally Ann Carter-Cooper, age 73, passed peacefully on Sunday July 19, surrounded by her family. She was born November 28, 1946 to the late Nancy Wolery and Donald Kuhn in Portsmouth, Ohio. She was a graduate of Wilbur Wright High School in Dayton, Ohio, class of 1965.
Sally was co-owner of Shhhnanigans Taverns for over 20 years with her late husband, James "Coop" Cooper. She was an avid bowler, gardener and animal lover.
She is preceded in death by her parents; her step-father, Paul Kaseman; her sister, Therese Eck; her nephew, Sean Wolery Sr.; and her husbands, William "Bill" Carter and James "Coop" Cooper.
She leaves to cherish her memory, her son, Scott (Kellie) Carter; her grandchildren, Tessie Carter & Kasey Carter; her brother Karl Kaseman; nephews, Michael (Robbie) Rummel & Troy Rummel; and a large extended family and close friends.

The family asks for all of those attending to please try and wear the color green in honor of Sally.
Visitation will be August 1, 2020 from 12:00 pm to 2:00 pm at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions - Beavercreek Chapel (3380 Dayton-Xenia Rd., Beavercreek, Ohio 45432). A time of sharing will follow at 2 pm.
