Steven Ray Spencer, age 64 of Dayton, Ohio, passed away Saturday, July 18, 2020 at Hospice of Dayton. He was born March 1, 1956 in Dayton, Ohio the son to the late Toney and Myrna Spencer.
In addition to his parents, Steve was preceded in death by his son, Shannon Ray Spencer.
Steve worked for Behm Quartz Industries (now Quality Quartz Engineering) for over 30 years. He was an avid Cleveland Browns fan, liked racing, playing golf and getting together with his buddies and play Keno.
Steve is survived by his three grandchildren; two sisters, Debra (JR) Hall and Kathy (Butch) Elam; loving friend, Lori Long-Spencer; many nieces and nephews and friends.
Family will receive friends Thursday, July 23, 2020 from 5-7 p.m. at Newcomer North Chapel, 4104 Needmore Rd., Dayton where the funeral service will be held at 10 a.m. Friday. Burial Willow View Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in Steve's memory to the Hospice of Dayton.
