J Robert Wilson Jr., "Bob," age 85 of Dayton, passed away Wednesday, April 15, 2020 in Cape Coral, FL. He was born September 21, 1934 in Dayton, Ohio, the son of the late J Robert and Emily Wilson Sr..
Along with his parents, he is preceded in death by his son, J Robert Wilson, III.
Bob is survived by his wife of 37 years, Gwen; daughter, Sandra (Arthur) Stephens; grandchildren, Darryl Lane, Donna Smith; 6 great-grandchildren, Isaiah, Bryanna, Roger, Jonathan, Ethan, Kaylee; sisters, Rose Cooper, Jean Bauer, Judy Justice, Becky Burns, Lynn Netsley; as well as numerous nieces, nephews and many friends.
Bob was a veteran of the United States Army. He also retired from NCR after 35 years. Bob was a 50 year member of the Masons. He enjoyed flying and was a pilot and pilot instructor for many years. He also enjoyed fishing and golfing.
Private services. Burial in Byron Cemetery in Fairborn, OH.
