Nancy K. Stringer

Nancy Kay Stringer, age 77 of Dayton, Ohio, passed away Tuesday, December 24, 2019 at Hospice of Dayton. She was born October 17, 1942 in Bellefontaine, Ohio.
Nancy was a loving mother and grandmother. She was very smart, funny, artistic, sassy, and was a lover of animals. She formerly worked in accounting with Shopsmith and Marvel Industries.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Harold and Louise Horn and Marjorie (Phillips) Horn.
Nancy will be missed by her daughters, Lisa Hall, Angel (Duane) Collins and Dorothy Stringer; nine grandchildren including Paige Pelarske, Ashley Miller, Casondra Ailes, Claryssa Collins, Tiffany Collins, Mark Kresal and Scott Koogler, Jr.; eight great grandchildren; sisters, Marjorie A. (Max) Younce, Mary Lu (Steve) Pusey; brother, John (Rosalind) Horn; and many nieces and nephews.
Family will receive friends Monday, December 30, 2019 from 5-7 p.m. at Newcomer North Chapel, 4104 Needmore Rd., Dayton. A private family funeral service will be held. Burial Dayton Memorial Park Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in Nancy's memory to the Hospice of Dayton.
