Ronda Kaye Neal

Ronda Kaye Neal, age 53 of Dayton, passed away Tuesday, October 22, 2019 at her home. She was born December 16, 1965 in Dayton, Ohio the daughter of Walter Hall and Norma (Wilhelm) Shepherd.

Ronda was a caring, kind hearted person who enjoyed volunteering for many charities across Montgomery County. She was a loving mother, grandmother, daughter and friend who would take care of all who knew her. Ronda had a special infectious laugh who loved being the center of attention. Ronda was a devoted member of Healing Word Assembly of God Church.

She is preceded in death by her step-father, Ronnie Shepherd; maternal grandparents, Dora and Norman "Bud" Wilhelm; paternal grandparents, Roger and Annie V. Hall; niece, Sabrina Shepherd and nephew, Joseph Shepherd; former spouse, Tommy Neal, Sr.

Ronda is survived by her children, Amber (David Kennedy) Neal, Tommy (Stevie) Neal, Jr., Brittney Neal and Jessica Neal; grandchildren, Brian, Haiden, Tommy, Damian, Tyler, William, Keegan, Daisha, Ariana and Anastasia; siblings, Scott (Stephanie) Hall, Jeff (Dawn) Hall, Kimber Ferryman, Darrell (Jessica) Shepherd and Brian (Jessica) Shepherd; mother, Norma Shepherd and father, Walter (Judy) Hall; grandmother, Jean Lightcap and best friend, Kimberly Arbaugh; close family friends, Glenn Fuller, Paisley Fuller and Beverly Collins; along with numerous aunt, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family and friends.

Family will receive friends Sunday, October 27, 2019 from 1:00-3:00 pm at Newcomer Funeral Home Kettering Chapel, 3940 Kettering Blvd, where a funeral service will take place at 3:00pm. Pastor Donald Shepherd will officiate Ronda's funeral service service. Private family interment at a later date.
