James "Jim" P. Kozlowski, age 68 of Dayton, Ohio, passed away Sunday, October 13, 2019. He was born March 29, 1951 in Dayton, Ohio to the late Phillip and Betty Kozlowski.
Jim will be missed by his sister, Sandi Boston; nephews, Mark Kramer and Jason Boston; niece,Tara Germann; cousin, Pam Hamblin; special friend, Pat Sexton; his canine companion, Snookie. He is also survived by numerous family and friends.
