Geraldine Harris

Geraldine Harris, age 70, of Dayton, Ohio passed away peacefully surrounded by her family on Saturday, September 28, 2019. Geraldine was born on October 26, 1948 in Dayton, Ohio. She was the daughter of the late Thomas and Frances Ruth White.

She was a member of the Roosevelt High school graduating class of 1966. For over 25 years, Geraldine was an administrative assistance for the Dayton Police Department. Geraldine was a faithful member of West Congregation of Jehovah's Witnesses for over 45 years.

Geraldine leaves to cherish her memory 2 loving daughters, Lynne Harris and Robin Harris; Geraldine was an adoring "Granny" to her beautiful granddaughter, Brianna Nicole; sister, Deborah (Claude) Coatie of Dayton, OH; brothers, Michael White of Columbus, OH and Robert "Bobby" Blythe of Dayton, OH; and a host of nieces, nephews and dear close friends.

Along with her parents, Geraldine was preceded in death by her husband Ronald Lee Harris; brother, Thomas White; and sister Jacqueline McLemore.

Geraldine will be cremated. A memorial ceremony celebrating Geraldine's life will be held on Saturday, October 5, 2019 at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witness located at 1015 Liscum Dr., Dayton, OH 45417. Family will receive guests from 1:00 pm to 2:00 pm with services immediately following at 2:00 pm.
