Connie Lee Pennington

Connie Lee Pennington, age 72 of Union passed away peacefully on July 7, 2019. Connie was born in Bonnyman, KY to the late Arnold and Jean Morris on March 3, 1947. She married the love of her life, Arthur Pennington in 1965. Connie was a devoted Christian and a skilled musician. She played piano and sang in church for many years. Connie and her husband last attended West Milton Friend's. She previously attended church and played piano for many churches in Brookville, Lewisburg, Englewood, West Sonora, Potsdam, and West Milton.

Connie took great pride in her family and devoted her life to the care of her family. She enjoyed spending time with those she loved, especially her grandchildren. Connie enjoyed caring for her dogs and birds. She was a loving, caring, and compassionate wife, mother, grandmother, and dear friend. She will be greatly missed and lovingly remembered by all who knew her.

Connie leaves to cherish her memory, loving husband of 54 years, Arthur Pennington; sons, Wayne (Tina) Pennington, Brian Pennington, and Stephen (Oma) Pennington; grandchildren, Kim, Kristen, Hannah, Whitney, Brian David, Sean, Jamie, Connor, Kairi, and Eren; great-grandson, Elijah; step-grandchildren, Megan and Skylar; brothers, Jerry (Judy) Morris, Larry (Barb) Morris, and William (Louella) Morris; loyal canine companion, Gizmo; and many other loving nieces, nephews, cousins, and dear friends.

A graveside service will be held on Friday, July 12, 2019 at 1pm at Pleasant Hill Cemetery (10720 Providence Pike, Brookville, OH 45309). In care of Newcomer North Chapel.
