Daniel Tyler Hailey

Daniel Tyler Hailey, age 26, of Centerville, Ohio passed away at his residence on April 17, 2019. Danny was born in Kettering, Ohio on July 7, 1992. He was the son of Scott Hailey and Ann Long.

Danny graduated from Centerville High School in 2010. He then attended Ohio University where he graduated in 2014 with a Bachelor's degree in Health Science. While at Ohio University, Danny was a Dean's List student and a member of the Sigma Phi Epsilon fraternity.

Danny loved animals and the great outdoors. He grew up playing soccer and lacrosse and competed on the swimming and diving team at Centerville.

Along with his parents, Danny is survived by his step-mother, Terri Hailey; step-father, Ken Long; sister, Melissa Hailey of Los Angeles, CA; brother, Zachary Hailey of Cincinnati, OH; step-brothers, Kyle Long, Christopher (Camille) Fredeking, Lloyd Davis, and Michael Davis; paternal grandmother, Mary Hailey; paternal great-grandmother, Lucille Hailey; step-grandmother, Kathleen Perry; aunt and uncle, Teresa and Phil Young, and many other aunts, uncles, cousins and loyal friends.

Danny was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Laverne and Bernard Perry and paternal grandfather, Lance Hailey.

A visitation will be held on Tuesday, April 23, 2019 at Southbrook Christian Church, 9095 Washington Church Road, Miamisburg, OH from 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm. A memorial service will immediately follow the visitation at 7:00 pm with Pastor Solomon Gomez officiating. A private family burial will follow at a later date at David's Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers Danny's family would like to suggest that friends my make donations in Danny's name to Southbrook Christian Church (memo: Recovery Ministries).
