Karen Sue Fields

Karen Sue Fields, age 66, of Dayton, passed away Monday, November 26, 2018 at the Hospice of Dayton. Karen was born in Dayton, Ohio on March 19, 1952 to the late Donald and Rose (Lewber) Ashurst.
Karen was a devoted mother and a loving grandmother who will be missed by her entire family.
Along with her parents, Karen was preceded in death by her husband, Steven Fields.
She is survived by children, Donald Pernia, Jason (Traci) Pernia, Becky (Phil) Walter, Spencer Fields, Treshawn Fields, Anastasia Fields, Taylor Fields and Dione Fields; grandchildren, Brendon Taylor, Brittany (Mohammed) Elius, Brittany Pernia, Madeline Walter, Phillip Walter and Mitchell Walter; great-grandchildren, Carson, Jessie and Liam; siblings, Donna Ashurst, Gary Ashurst, Teresa Young, Diane (Mick) Smith, Larry (Kathy) Ashurst, Mary (Tim) Nakel, Ron Ashurst, Dot (Tim) Weaver, Jackie (Chris Orf) Foster, Pam (Bud) Berry, Julie (Steve) Pietrantonio and Jenny (Mike) Underwood; along with numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and extended family.
Family will receive friends Friday, November 30, 2018 from 4-5 p.m. at Newcomer Cremations North Chapel, 4104 Needmore Rd, where a funeral service will follow at 5 p.m. Pastor Josh Clifford will officiate Karen's services.
