Mary Elizabeth Pack, age 96 of Vandalia, passed away Tuesday, November 13, 2018 at Brookdale Centennial Park. She was born September 5, 1922 in Clothier, West Virginia, the daughter of the late Stanley and Mary Chadima.
Along with her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Alfonso Pack; sister, Lucille Hale; brothers, Ralph, Delbert, Joe Chadima; and nephew, Tim Hale.
Mary is survived by her nieces, Crystal Cheatham, Kimira (Marc) Zehnder, Mary Catherine (Frank) Bailey, Sandy (Bill) Nunke, Vickie Long; nephews, Cliff (Patricia) Pack, Rodney (Charlotte) Pack; as well as numerous other relatives and friends.
Private services being held at the convenience of the family. In honor of Mary's great love for animals, please consider a donation to the Humane Society of Greater Dayton (1661 Nicholas Rd, Dayton, OH 45417) or The Tenth Life Pet Rescue (P.O. Box 178 Alpha, OH 45301).
