Evelyn Elizabeth Woolery

Evelyn Elizabeth Woolery, age 82, passed away Wednesday, November 7, 2018 at the Hospice of Dayton.
She was born September 12, 1936 to the late Mack and Macie (McCoy) Hall in Taswell, VA.
Evelyn was an avid reader, enjoyed bowling, fishing, and gardening and loved cooking for her family. She also liked to work around the house, especially painting and decorating. Evelyn was a devout Christian.
Evelyn worked at Rinks Department Store and retired from Groceryland.
Along with her parents, she is preceded in death by siblings, Robert, Archie, Jerry, Mary, Joyce, Freda and Margaret.
She is survived by loving husband of 62 years, Kenneth Ray Woolery; beloved children, Brenda Tipton and Kenneth Roger Woolery; grandchildren, Lucas and Ksandra Tipton; along with many nieces and nephews.
Family will receive friends Wednesday, November 14, 2018 from 11-1 p.m. at Newcomer South Dayton Chapel, 3940 Kettering Blvd, where a funeral service will follow at 1 p.m. Burial to take place after the funeral at Willow View Cemetery. Visit newcomerdayton.com to view her guest book.
