Janet Lee Lewis

Janet Lee Lewis (Philpot) was Born in Dayton, Ohio to Charlene Owens at Miami Valley Hospital On September 20,1961.

She went to be with her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on November 4, 2018 at 2:45 pm.

Janet was preceded in death by her father, her Grand daughter Grace Leilani Lewis. She is survived by her mother Charlene Owens, brother David Philpot (Sandy Philpot), and sister Bobbie Philpot, four children David Lewis(Jenny Lewis), Angelena Lewis, Sally Carter(Brian), and Anthony Jacobsen. several nieces and nephews that she adored.

As the middle of her mothers three children, she learned to quickly find her own niche in the world. She was a business owner of Top Notch Cleaning Co for 14 Years in Salt Lake city, UT. She also shares ownership of DAST Cleaning co. here in Dayton, OH. Janet was a woman filled with Love, Courage and Hope, she taught her children perseverance regardless of circumstances. She strived to encourage others and to be the one to find good in others. A protector to her four children, a friend to all who knew her. Her biggest joy was spending time with her 13 Grandchildren , Brianna, Austyn, Phillip, Dylan, Lilly, Daniel, Jeremiah, Benson, Isabel, Esther, Danielle, David and Judah. Her family and her church truly were the things she really loved the most. She gave everything she had to meet the needs of anyone around her. She was a woman who loved and served others to her last day. Leaving behind also her beloved dogs Nessa and Magnus as well as various friends and family.

She is dearly loved and will be sorely missed.
