John K. Back, age 55 of Dayton, passed away September 12, 2018. He was born on October 18, 1962 in Hazard, KY to his mother, Peggy (Cornett) Back and his late father, Bill Back.
He is survived by his three children, Kevin (Lacy) Back; Tyler (Mollie) Back and Sydney Back; grandchildren, Emma-Lee, Jolene and Caroline; mother, Peggy; brother, Scott Back and numerous extended family and friends.
John worked and retired from WPAFB after 27 years of service as a contracting officer. He was a huge UK basketball fan!
Family will receive friends from 12-1 PM on Tuesday, September 18, 2018 at Newcomer North Chapel, 4104 Needmore Rd. where a funeral service will begin at 1 PM. Interment will follow the service at Glen Haven Memorial Gardens, New Carlisle.
