Rhea Rebecca Seals, age 55 of Dayton, passed away Tuesday, February 20, 2018. She was born May 14, 1962 in Bristol, Virginia, the daughter of Ted Smith and Lucy Ramey.
She is preceded in death by her father, Ted T. Smith.
Rhea is survived by her mother, Lucy Ramey; children, Justin Alford, Gabriel Alford, Tiffany Seals; brothers, Samuel (Letitia) Ramey, Joseph Ramey; nephews, Taylor Ramey, Cody Allen Roberts; nieces, Kaitlyn Ramey, Elizabeth Klontz; aunt, Sarah (Pat) Collins; cousins, June, James Bo, April and Debbie; as well as well as numerous other relatives and friends.
Rhea was a caring, selfless woman who loved her children and her family. She was taken from this Earth way too soon and will be greatly missed by everyone who knew her.
Private services will be held at the convenience of the family.
