James "Jim" Solomon Jr.
June 26, 1952 — February 16, 2018
James Solomon Jr., "Jim," age 65 of Huber Heights, passed away Friday, February 16, 2018 at Heartland of Centerville. He was born June 26, 1952 in Dayton, Ohio, the son of the late James and Edith Solomon.
Along with his parents, he is preceded in death by his brother-in-law, Michael Tritschler.
Jim is survived by his wife, Shiela; daughters, April (Nick) Charrier, Kelly Solomon (Summer); son, Christopher Solomon; step-daughter, Mitzi Flannery; sisters, Sharon Tritschler, Carol (Jim) Hutchins, Joanne (Don) Powell; brother, Joe (Kelly) Solomon; 6 grandchildren; as well as numerous nieces, nephews and many other relatives and friends.
Jim was retired from Pepsi and was a devoted Steeler's fan.
A Celebration of Jim's Life will be held on Saturday, March 3, 2018 at Setter's Volleyball Club, 1008 Gateway Drive, Dayton, OH 45404. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that you consider a donation to Crossroad's Hospice, in Jim's memory.
