Bobby J. Helton, age 68 of Piqua, passed away Thursday, January 4, 2018 at Hospice of Dayton. He was born August 17, 1949 in Middletown, Ohio, the son of the late Dorsie Helton and Goldie Gillum.
Bobby is survived by his son, Troy Helton (Sherry Snell); daughters, Brandi Helton, Casey Fultz; brothers, Jim Helton, Larry (Virginia) Helton; grandchildren, Haley Helton, Bobby Damron, Nicholas Damron, Jesse Hudgel, Zachary Damron, Trey Ferguson, Austin Fultz, Nathan Fultz; great grandchildren, Denver Hudgel, Jayce Ferguson, Braylon Fultz; as well as numerous nieces, nephews and friends.
Bobby loved bluegrass music and fishing. He spent 47 years as a carpet layer in Montgomery and Miami counties.
