Georgie A. McCoy, age 70 of Medway, passed away January 2, 2018. She was born on June 2, 1947 in Dayton to her late parents, James Ketcheson and Hazel (Wiseman) Carson. In addition to her parents, Georgie was preceded in death by her grandson, Steven Zorn and numerous uncles and aunts.
She is survived by her 2 children, Lisa (Mike) McCoy and Mark (Kara) McCoy; grandchildren, Dustin, Jacob, Mark, Kaleb, Katie, Cody, Johnathon and Jessica (Brittian); 4 great-grandchildren; siblings, Jim (Debbie) Ketcheson and Tom Johnson; close friends, Curt and Joi Basye and Frank Terry with numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family and friends.
Georgie was an avid NASCAR fan and loved attending antique car cruise- ins. She adored her cat family "her babies".
Family will receive friends from 9-10:30 AM on Saturday, January 13, 2018 at Crossroads Baptist Church, 9903 W. National Rd., New Carlisle, OH where a funeral service will begin at 10:30 AM with Pastor R. C. McDonald officiating. Interment will follow the service at Willow View Cemetery.
