Jami Lynn Jack, age 28 of Fairborn, passed away Tuesday, December 19, 2017. She was born March 16, 1989 in Dayton, Ohio, the daughter of Cedric "Bub" Jack and Michelle Whiteside.
She is preceded in death by her paternal grandparents, Cedric Jack and Carol Wynn; maternal grandparents, Ralph and Barbara Whiteside.
Jami is survived by her mother, Michelle Whiteside (Jason Hilbun); father, Cedric "Bub" (Jeannette) Jack; siblings, Jessica Jack (Marco Ard), Tori Kiblinger, Montana Jack, Mallory Kiblinger, Sierra Jack, Megan Hilbun, Tanner Jack; niece, Aubreyona Jack; nephew, Malik Jack; best friend, Tiffany Fowler and her children, Braden and Brooklyn; as well as numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and many friends.
Jami was constantly surrounded by the love of her family and many friends and loved spending time with them. She was very kind and caring and will be greatly missed.
