Counts-Vanhoose (Holly) of Salisbury, Massachusetts; Daughter Rachelle G. Vanhoose; Step children Doug Floyd, Jesse Floyd, Connor Floyd, and Coty Myers of Cleveland, Ohio; Step grandchild Grayson Floyd of Cleveland; Nieces Emilee J. Wagner of Colorado Springs, Colorado, Kaya M. Wagner of Fort Collins, Colorado and Braylee A. Counts-Vanhoose of Salisbury, Massachusetts; Friends Matt Boerger and Jenny Bennett.
