Kathleen A. Gall

Kathleen "Kat" (Phelan) Gall, born in Wilmington, Ohio on March 29, 1950, went home to Heaven on December 4, 2017. She was preceded in death by her parents, Phyllis and Norbert Phelan; son, George Philip Gall; and sister, Viki Meade. She is survived by her son, Brian L. Gall; sisters, Barbara and Janet; and brothers, Michael and Daniel. Also survived by a granddaughter, Christine Gall and many nieces and nephews. She was a beautiful soul, full of life and love, and she will be missed. Our thanks to Hospice of Dayton. A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
