Walker Howell Jr.

Walker Howell Jr., age 81 of Riverside, passed away Saturday, December 2, 2017 at his home. He was born March 22, 1936 in Raven, Kentucky, the son of the late Walker Sr. and Helma Howell.
Along with his parents, he is preceded in death by his brother, Thurman Howell.
Walker is survived by his sons, Trent (Kerri) Howell, Brad (Lori) Howell; 7 grandchildren; 2 great grandchildren; brother, James (Norma) Howell; nephew and close friend, Danny (Pat) Green; numerous other relatives; and many friends and neighbors.
Walker was a veteran of the United States Army and retired from General Motors after 30 years. He was an extreme car enthusiast who enjoyed time in his garage.
Visitation will be held on Friday, December 8, 2017 from 9:30 am to 10:30 am at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions - North Chapel (4104 Needmore Rd., Dayton, Ohio 45424). Funeral service will begin at 10:30 am. Burial will follow in Willow View Cemetery with military honors.
