Thomas Kuntz, 37, passed away on Thursday, September 28, 2017 in Dayton, Ohio. Thomas was born on June 27, 1980 in Dayton, Ohio to James Kuntz and Catherine Barlage.
Thomas is preceded in death by Brother, Phillip Barlage
He is survived by Mother, Catherine (Anthony)Barlage, Father, James Kuntz, Brothers, Nicholas (Nichole) Kuntz, and James (Hollie) Kuntz, Sons, Logan Kuntz, and Jaxson Kuntz.
Family will receive friends on Monday, October 2, 2017 from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm at Newcomer Funeral Home & Crematory, Dayton South Chapel, 3940 Kettering Blvd., Kettering, Ohio 45439. A funeral service will be held immediately following. He will be laid to rest at Calvary Cemetery. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Families of Addicts (FOA) in honor of Thomas.
