Ralph E. Wade

Ralph E. Wade, age 84 of Tipp City, passed away September 14, 2017 at The Hospice of Dayton. He was born October 3, 1932 in Chillicothe, OH to the late Hobart and Bertha Marie Wade. In addition to his parents, Ralph was preceded in death by his sisters, Roberta Cottrill, JoAnn Monroe and Maxine Miller; brothers, Leo Wade, Hobart Wade Jr. and Alvin Wade.
He is survived by his loving wife of 63 years, Eva Wade; children, Ron (Becky) Wade, Cheri Wade and Brian Wade; grandchildren, Deanna, Jacob, Matthew (Trisha Gordon), Elijah and Emma Wade; great-grandson, Maddox Wade; sister, Arleen (Jim) Estle and numerous nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
Ralph proudly served his country in the U.S. Army during the Korean War.
Family will receive friends from 11:30 AM to 1:30 PM on Monday, September 18, 2017 at Newcomer Funeral Home, North Chapel, 4104 Needmore Rd. where a funeral service will begin at 1:30 PM. Interment will follow the service at Poplar Hill Cemetery, Vandalia.
