Doris L. Wilson, 60, of Dayton, OH went to be with the Lord, August 29, 2017 at Hospice of Dayton. Doris was born in Glen Alum, West Virginia on August 12, 1957 to Walter and Mary (Wilson) White. She was the loving partner for 27 years of Marshall English.
Doris went to Wilbur Wright High School and was the loving mother of six children. She liked to play cards, loved music and loved being around her family. She loved her family dearly and will be greatly missed by all.
She is survived by her partner Marshall; three daughters, Kanika (Norbert) Stewart, Ebony Conner and Ty'Yanna Greenwood; three sons, Jabari (Miracole) Wilson, Sr., Dion (Katrina) Wilson and Tyresse (Rosa) Conner; three brothers, Walter Wilson Jr., Jackie (Jackie) Wilson and Terry Wilson; uncle, Marshall Whitfield; sister-in-law, Thelma Wilson; eight grandchildren; Jabari Wilson, Jr., Kyden Conner, Marcellous Fletcher, Tyrell Greenwood, Donny Goode Jr., Tymire Greenwood, Carter Wilson, Myah Conner and Carlton Wilson; and numerous other family and friends. Doris was preceded in death by her parents; two brothers, William and James Kevin Wilson; four sisters, Alice Fay Martin, Diane Armstrong, Janet Wilson and Sherry Burleson.
A visitation will be held from 10:00 to 11:00 am on Wednesday, September 6, 2017 at Good Samaritan Baptist Church, 4230 Germantown Pike, Dayton, OH 45417. Funeral Services will begin at 11:00 am at the church with Rev. Jeffrey Parks officiating. Burial will follow at West Memory Gardens.
