Jean Elizabeth Blevins, age 82 of New Lebanon, passed away May 1, 2017. She was born January 27, 1935 in Rockcastle County, KY to the late Herbert and Ethel Johnson. In addition to her parents, Jean was preceded in death by her husband, Robert Blevins; sister, Shirley Hern; and brother, Howard Johnson.
Jean is survived by her sons: Robert (Bev) Blevins and Dan (Cindy) Blevins; grandchildren: Lisa (Jason) Armstrong, Nick Blevins, Shane (Danielle) Blevins, Shawna Blevins, Jennifer Blevins, Nathan Blevins and Patrick Blevins; great-grandchildren: Quinn, Pierce, Mackenzie, Tyler, Cara, Mykala and Alyssa ; brother, Rollie (Barbara) Johnson; sisters: Faye Chamrad, Dorothy (Bill) Wolfe and Barbara (Bill) Steele; numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
At her request, there will be no service. Arrangements by Newcomer Funeral Home, 4104 Needmore Road.
