George Andrew Bayless Iii

George A. "Andy" Bayless III, 47, of New Carlisle, OH passed away April 20, 2017. Andy was born in Xenia, Ohio on April 10, 1970 to George and Janet (Martin) Bayless. He married Dawn Lyons on June 21, 1997 in New Carlisle, OH.

Andy worked as a welder in the Tool and Die industry and graduated in 1989 from Wayne High School and Montgomery County JVS. He loved the outdoors and enjoyed hunting and fishing with his sons. He loved working in the garden and yard and had a green thumb. He enjoyed helping with the Wee Arrows wrestling team at Tecumseh and helped inspire their passion for wrestling. He was an all around good guy who loved his family dearly and will be greatly missed

He is survived by wife, Dawn T. Bayless; his parents George A. Jr. and Janet L. Bayless; three sons, George A. "Drew" Bayless IV, Luke H. Bayless and Brent A. Wetzel; a grandson, Emrie W. Wetzel; a brother, Martin T. Bayless and a sister, Natalie M. (Charley) Houck; brother in law, Sean (Denise) Lyons; nephews, Nick, Brock, Jace, Cruz, Carter, Gunner and Cooper; nieces, Lindsey, Kaylie, Baylee and Hunter; and Dawn's parents, George (Brenda) Lyons and Beverly (Robert) Gardner; numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and so many friends. He was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, George and Connie Bayless Sr.; and maternal grandparents, Jim and Alberta Martin; and Dawn's grandmother Mable Moomaw.

A visitation will be held on April 23, 2017 at Newcomer Funeral Home - North Chapel 4104 Needmore Rd. Dayton, OH from 5:00 to 7:00 pm. No services will be held following the visitation at the request of the family.
