Deborah V. Lowe, age 69 of Dayton, passed away February 17, 2017 at Kindred Hospital. She was born December 9, 1947 in Dayton to the late James and Norma (Wichael) Hilleary. In addition to her parents, Debbie was preceded in death by her brother, James "Skip" Hilleary.
She is survived by her four children, Veronica Johnson, Vicki (Anthony) Thaxton, Clayton (Brenda) Johnson and Crystal (John) Bailey; 11 grandchildren; 11 great grandchildren; sisters, Roxanna (Wesley) Rouch, Brenda Owens, Claudette Wheeler and Gwen Bridgett; brother, Dusty (Ann) Hilleary; husband, Frank Ingram and numerous nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
Debbie enjoyed and loved spending time with her grandchildren and great grandchildren. She had a vast angel collection.
In lieu of flowers, please make donations to Kindred Hospital, in Debbie's memory.
