On February 5th Joseph Paul Berner, 82, of Dayton, OH began his Heavenly Journey home.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Alma and father, Paul. Joe was a 1952 graduate of Washington Township High School and proudly served 8 years in the U.S. Naval Reserves. Joe was the owner and operator of Triangle Screw Products for over 50 years. After a short retirement Joe went back to work for Integrity Mfg. Joe was one of those men that knew a little bit about everything. He worked hard to provide for his family and was loved by so many. He was an incredible husband to his wife, Deborah and step-dad to Jim, Amy and Sara. His 1st priority was being a PaPa to his granddaughter, Destiny, anything to make her happy. He was so proud of her.
Joe's passing has left us all with broken hearts. His love for his family will never be forgotten. So sadly missed by the Love of his life, his wife, Deborah, step-children, Jim Kelly (Mia), Amy Haines (Justin) and Sara Kelly (Chris). He is also survived by his son, Joey Berner (Kay) and his grandchildren, Joanna (Mike), Matt (Scotti), and Destiny; great-grandchildren, Charli and Cameron; his faithful 4-legged girls, Gabbie, I-V Jane, Blossom, Sa-D and Ro-Z. Our life will never be the same without him.
Debbie wants to say a special thank you to my kids, family, friends, MV Hospital Nurses and Aides and the Hospice of Dayton Staff for all the care, prayers and love shown to us at this difficult time in our life-we love you all.
"Me and You forever and ever".
