Stephens, Mary L. 80 went to Glory on October 23, 2016 at Maria Joseph.
Preceded in death by her parents, 2 sisters, brother, granddaughter and husband, Ivory J. Stephens Sr.
Born in Minden, LA and graduated from Webster High School and attended Grambling University in Louisiana. She worked at DDN until the time of her stroke in 2014.
She leaves to cherish her memories Deborah and Janet (Sidney) Stephens; great granddaughter she helped to raise, Jaylen Bagley; 5 grandchildren; and 3 great grandchildren and one great grandchild on the way October 27, 2016. Stepchildren in Louisiana and nieces and nephews.
A visitation will be held on Tuesday, November 1, 2016 from 12:30pm - 1:30pm at Newcomer Funeral Home, 4104 Needmore Road, Dayton where services will begin at 1:30pm with Rev. Norman Bradfield officiating.
Burial at Dayton National Cemetery.
