James Neff

James F. Neff, age 74 of Dayton, passed away Sunday, April 24, 2016. He was born April 25, 1941 in Cleveland, Ohio, the son of the late James and Stella Neff.
In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his brother, William Neff.
James is survived by his wife of 51 years, Judith; daughters, Julie Lowe (Jim) and Josephine Sterr (Jesse); grandchildren, Judith and Jane Sterr; sisters, Nancy Mann (Mike), Susan O'Brien, Rita Loy (Phil), Helen Wilson (Ray), and Martha Davis (Kenny); sister-in-law, Joan Phipps (Tom), as well as numerous other family and friends.
A memorial Mass will be held at 1:00 pm on Friday, May 6, 2016 at St. Mary's Catholic Church, 310 Allen St, Dayton, OH 45410. Interment will follow at Calvary Cemetery, 1625 Calvary Ave, Dayton, OH 45409. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made online at www.RichmondRuffHouse.org/donate.html.
