Glenda Mae Evans, age 79 of Dayton, passed away Thursday, April 21, 2016. She was born in Delta, Kentucky on May 26, 1936 to the late Johnny Eddie Morrow and Nancy Lou (Branscum) Morrow. In addition to her parents, Glenda was preceded in death by her husband, Charles L. Evans; and sisters: Sylvia Smith, Grace Smith, Viola Arnold and Nina Martin.
Glenda is survived by her children: Charlotte (Mike) Brandenburg, Chuck Evans and Patty (David) Snavely; 6 grandchildren; 7 great-grandchildren; brother, Otis (Ann) Morrow; and sister, Lexie Baughman.
Glenda was a loving mom, grandma and great-grandma.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, April 26, 2016 from 9:30-10:30 am at Newcomer Funeral Home, 4104 Needmore Road, followed by the funeral service at 10:30 am. Burial to follow at Royal Oaks Memorial Gardens.
