Stephanie Lynn (Mendenhall) Smith

Stephanie Lynn (Mendenhall) Smith, 36, of Dayton, passed away October 7, 2016. Stephanie was born in Dayton, Ohio on December 8, 1979 to Kenneth and Melinda "Wendy" Mendenhall. In her free time, she enjoyed cooking, playing softball, taking her children to the park and spending time with her family.

Stephanie was preceded in death by her precious daughter, Isabella Lynn; grandparents, Marvin and Dorothy Mendenhall; and grandfather, James Dempsey.

She is survived by her husband of 5 years, Jesse Smith; father, Kenneth Mendenhall; mother, Melinda Mendenhall; daughters, Annaleise Rose Smith, Italia Lynn Smith, Brooklyn E. Smith; brother, Corey (Marian) Mendenhall; niece, Amaya Mendenhall; nephews, Ayden Mendenhall, Camden Mendenhall; and several other relatives and special friends.

A visitation will be held on Saturday, October 15, 2016 from 12:30 pm-1:30 pm at Newcomer Funeral Home, 4104 Needmore Road, Dayton, where funeral services will begin at 1:30 pm with Brian Hegyi officiating.
